First Holy Communion took place at Sacred Heart on Sunday, May 4th, at the 11:00 am. Mass. Father Mario Kono celebrated the liturgy. After Communion, the Guild of Our Lady escorted each child to pick up a white rose and place it at the statue of Our Blessed Mother. This is a special Rose Ceremony that takes place every year as the Ave Maria is sung.
