  2. Im grateful that I can “attend”mass via video. However, I eagerly await the day I can engage physically with my coparishiners and Father Jerry. His dynamic personality does not transfer to the screen, as enjoyable as his homily is. Also lacking is his fantastic sense of humour, which he probably downplays because of the seriousness of this situation. I know the church will be e overflowing when it opens. As difficult as it may be on him physically, he should on that first weekend be at all the masses. The announcement of his presence at each mass should be posted beforehand, else the 11 o’clock mass will have to turn away people.
