For Homebound Members of the Parish

If you are homebound or you are the caregiver for someone who is homebound and needs to receive the vaccine for Covid 19 please call Gwen (941) 743-3478. She will provide an avenue to facilitate the homebound person receiving the vaccination. We have been asked to prepare a list by the Health Department of homebound folks who need to receive the vaccine, by the end of the week.
